Greenvelope tracks RSVPs for you as guests reply, so you can see who has responded without keeping a separate spreadsheet. Every response is recorded on the Track step of your mailing, and the same view works whether you are tracking RSVPs for a wedding, a corporate event, or a birthday party.
How to view RSVPs and track responses
Step 1: Click the "Track" step.
Step 2: You may filter responses by RSVP status using the tabs.
*NOTE* RSVP functionality is only included in our invitation packages. Therefore, Save the Dates, Announcements, and Cards are unable to accept RSVPs. If you selected the wrong mailing type, you can turn your mailing into an invitation using the steps here.
How do I track RSVPs for a corporate event?
The same way as any other mailing. Open the Track step of your Greenvelope invitation and filter by RSVP status to see who has accepted, who has declined, and who has not answered yet. There is no separate business tool to set up and no per-event registration system to configure.
Which mailing types can collect RSVPs?
Invitations only. RSVP functionality is included in Greenvelope's invitation packages, so a Save the Date, Announcement, or Card cannot accept responses. If you have already built the wrong mailing type, you can convert it to an invitation rather than starting over.
