With Greenvelope, there is no need to manually email and follow up with guests. You may automatically schedule reminders from within your tracking page. Set RSVP reminders to alert your guests of an upcoming RSVP deadline. Also, you may set event reminders to make sure guests remember the details of your event. You will be able to add a message to the Reminder before sending or scheduling.
How to Send/Schedule Reminders
Step 1: Click the “Track” step.Step 2: Click the "Set or Edit Auto-Reminders" link under Next Steps section.
Step 3: Click a tab to choose between RSVP or Event Reminders
Step 4A: Click the "Send Now" button to immediately send a Reminder.
Step 4B: Or, click the "Schedule Reminder" link to send a Reminder at a later date.

Two Types of Reminders:
RSVP Reminders: This reminder will be sent to any contacts that have not yet responded. A copy of your invitation will be displayed in the email and there will be obvious YES / NO links to make it easy for a guest to respond directly in the email.
Event Reminders: This reminder will be sent to any contact with the RSVP status of “attending.” A copy of your invitation and details of the event will be included.
