If a guest does not respond through the system, but you know his/her response, you can manually submit an RSVP. This feature is especially useful to keep track of Offline Contacts that may have received a paper invitation.
How to Change a Guest's RSVPStep 1: Click the “Track” step.
Step 2A: Click the "Y" or "N" box to the left of the guest's name to change the response.
Step 2B: Click the drop down on the right and select "Update RSVP"
*NOTE* RSVP functionality is only included in our invitation packages. Therefore, Save the Dates, Announcements, and Cards are unable to accept RSVPs.
How to Clear/Reset a Guest's RSVP
Step 1: Click the “Track” step.
Step 2: Click the "Down Arrow" icon in the Actions column next to the desired contact. Select "Clear RSVP".
Step 3: A Pop Up Window will appear to confirm the removal of RSVP data. After confirming, the guest's status on the track page will be set back to pending.
NOTE: The "Clear RSVP" link will only be available if there is RSVP data to clear for the contact. Additionally, you are not able to clear RSVP data for guests that have submitted a ticketed payment or guests that registered from a public registration page.
