The Greenvelope delivery optimizer automatically resends unopened invitations 3 days after the initial sending, so an important card is not overlooked in a crowded inbox. Guests who already opened your card are not sent a second copy. Having the delivery optimizer turned on should increase open rate 4 to 5%.
How to turn the delivery optimizer on or off
Step 1: Click the "Details" step.
Step 2: Select the "Information" section.
Step 3: Click the "Advanced Options" dropdown.
Step 4: Click the "Resend Cards with Delivery Optimizer" toggle.
Who receives the second send?
Only guests who have not opened the card. Greenvelope tracks opens on every card you send, so the optimizer sends the follow-up to the unopened portion of your list and leaves everyone else alone. Nothing is re-sent to a guest who has already responded.
Can I resend to a guest myself?
Yes. The delivery optimizer runs automatically 3 days after your initial send, and you can also resend a card to specific guests by hand at any time, whether or not the optimizer is turned on.
