You may not have an email for every guest that you wish to invite. Therefore, Greenvelope has a “public” registration option that allows you to share your invitation, details page, and RSVP page through a “public” link. Using our tools you can share this link on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, on your website, in your newsletter, etc.
How to Share
Step 1: Click the “Send” step.
Step 2: Click the "Share URL" link.
Step 3: Create your personalized URL link.
Step 4: Once your link is created you will be able to share in one of the following ways:
- Copy a Link (You can share the link on your website, blog, newsletter, etc.)
Create a QR Code for Your Link
Once your shareable link is created, you can generate a QR code to add to a printed invitation, program, sign or flyer. Choose whether the code opens the RSVP page or the invitation. Select Register Here, RSVP Here or Scan Here as the caption, or choose None for no caption, then download the code as a PNG image. For an invitation with RSVP collection enabled, guests can use the public link to register and submit an RSVP. Submitted responses are recorded on your guest list.
Sharing a public link or QR code does not, by itself, identify everyone who received it or show which of those people has not replied. To track replies for a known guest list and follow up with specific guests, send personalized invitations by email or by text to numbers in supported countries. Shareable links, and the QR codes made from them, are not available in Trial Mode.
Note: You can always disable sharing by turning off the "Enable Sharing" toggle in the above image. This will disable the link and prevent further registrations.
