As a convenience to you, we never allow you to add two different contacts with the same email address. This prevents you from accidentally sending multiple copies of a card to the same person. Anytime you attempt to add a duplicate email to the mailing list, any new contact information will be updated for the original contact. There are certain situations that you may want to send different guests’ invitations to a single email. If this is the case for you, please read the suggested work-around below.
*SAMPLE SCENARIO* John needs to invite his parents' neighbor, Amy, to their wedding. Amy does not have a PC and whenever she wants to look at anything online she uses John’s parents’ computer. John wishes to send Amy an invitation to his wedding by sending Amy’s invitation to his parents’ email.
Step 1: Click the “Send” step.
Step 2: Add a contact without an email
Step 3: Obtain a link for the contact without an email
Step 4: Copy this link and send via your own email to the appropriate point of contact.
