There are several places throughout Greenvelope where you can personalize bulk communications with contact information such as Name, Company, a Personalized Card URL, and even Custom Fields you create. The options are endless, but we have provided a few examples below to give you the idea.
How to Insert Personalization
Step 1: Locate the "Insert Personalization" link at the top right of most text fields.Step 2: Select which type of fields to insert and insert any "fallback" text you wish to populate in the case your recipient does not have the information you wish to insert. A sample "fallback" text for first name could be "Guests".
Step 3: Just leave the inserted phrase (ie. ##FirstName##) exactly as is to ensure your recipient information populates correctly.
