Greenvelope makes importing your contacts into our system as easy as possible! You can now import contacts using an Excel spreadsheet, from a list of emails, directly from your email provider (Gmail, AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, and Outlook), or from your Greenvelope address book.
How to Import Contacts
Step 1: Click the “Send” step.Step 2: Click the “Add Contacts” button.
Methods of Importing
Method A - Excel/CSV: If you choose to import from an Excel file, we have created a specific Excel help article to ensure your upload goes smoothly.Method B - Webmail: We have easy importing from the following email providers: Gmail, AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, Office365, iCloud and the Mac Address Book.
Method C - List of Emails: Copy and paste a list of emails.
Method D - Address Book (Past Event): Your Address Book holds all the contacts added or imported to Greenvelope. Even if you delete a contact from your mailing list, this will remain in the Address Book. You can use the Address Book for quickly adding contacts to any mailing list. Once "Address Book" is selected, you can click the dropdown on the resulting popup to filter to a specific mailing.

Note: You may need to click "More Options" after Step 2 in order to see all available import options.
