There are several scenarios where you may need to send a guest's ticket (with their scannable QR Code) to them as a follow-up message such as if the recipient lost the email, or if you are assigning them a ticket after they had already RSVPd. Because of this, we make it easy to quickly insert the ticket into the body of a message.
How to Send a Ticket to a GuestStep 1: After you have started a new message, locate the "Insert Personalization" link at the top right of the text field.
Step 2: Select "Guest Ticket" to insert.
Step 3: Just leave the inserted phrase "##GuestTickets##" exactly as is to ensure your recipient's information populates correctly.
